Mr. Morales, an accomplished business owner and experienced leader, has successfully guided his companies through due diligence and litigation processes with investors, attorneys, family offices, private equity firms, and capital raising opportunities. Leveraging over 20 years of expertise in healthcare management, strategic consulting, financial analysis, and compliance, he provides tailored solutions to corporations, healthcare organizations, and their legal counsel. His extensive background in healthcare company ownership enables him to support all stages of dispute resolution and business strategy, including discovery, establishment of operational facts, damage assessment, strategy formulation, and expert advisory. Whether it’s healthcare brokerage, management consulting, or litigation support, Mr. Morales utilizes his experience and background to confidently guide JKMG clients through their needs.

Mr. Morales is regularly engaged in conducting healthcare-specific analyses for dispute-related damage claims, including cases involving breach of contract, misrepresentation, compliance violations, operational inefficiencies, and fraud. He brings a unique ability to bridge financial, operational, and strategic perspectives, ensuring comprehensive support for his clients.

Michael was born and raised in Austin, Texas. After graduating from the LBJ High School Science Academy in 1996, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Science Pre-Professional with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame in 2000.

His roles as class president in high school and in various organizations at Notre Dame helped him develop strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Michael went on to found multiple healthcare companies, achieving success through their eventual sale. One of the highlights of his career was an opening presentation for Larry Ellison, founder of Oracle Corporation, to discuss the urgent need to modernize healthcare through autonomous technology. Michael’s company was the first provisioned user of Oracle’s autonomous database technology in 2018.

Today, Michael leads JKMG Group’s team of professionals, helping them guide business owners and management through their most significant challenges and pivotal moments. He also serves as a strategic advisor for vascular, laboratory, and physician house call companies.
